This policy covers kickofftv26.com and the checkout it hands you to. It describes what we collect, why, who else sees it and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
When you visit: like most web servers, ours keeps a log of the requests it answers. For each page or file your browser asks for, it records your full IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the page you came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use it to count visits and see which pages are read, and to detect and block abusive traffic. It contains no cookie and no login, is not sold or shared, and is deleted after 90 days.
When you order: your name, email address, country, and your WhatsApp number if you give us one (it is optional). Alongside it we store the order itself — the plan, any add-ons, the payment provider and the payment status — plus the IP address and browser the order came from, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
We never see your payment details. Card and crypto payments are taken on our provider’s own hosted page. No card number, no wallet key and no crypto private key ever reaches our servers or our database.
Who else sees it
- Kooneo, our payment provider, receives your name, email and the amount, because it is the party taking the payment.
- Brevo sends our transactional and campaign email, so it holds your email address and your name.
- Meta receives a purchase event when you order after clicking one of our advertisements. It contains the two advertising cookies described in our Cookie Policy and a hashed form of your email, and exists so we can tell which advertisement produced a sale. It is sent from our server, so it reaches Meta whether or not your browser blocks the pixel.
We do not sell personal data, and we share it with no one beyond the three above and, where we are legally obliged to, a competent authority.
Email we send you
Service email — your login details, delivery confirmations and answers to questions you asked us — is part of the product and is sent for as long as your subscription is active.
Campaign email about our own similar services is sent to people who have bought from us, on the basis that they are existing customers. Every one of those messages carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can also stop them by writing to the support address below. We do not send campaign email to addresses we did not obtain from an order with us, and we do not rent, sell or exchange our list.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years, which is the accounting and tax retention we are subject to. Data attached to an enquiry that never became an order is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Unsubscribing removes you from campaign email immediately; it does not delete an order record we are required to keep.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write from the address you used at checkout to support@kickofftv26.com and we will act within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, we process order data to perform the contract you entered into, campaign email under our legitimate interest in contacting our own customers about similar services, and the server log under our legitimate interest in measuring how the site is used and keeping it secure. You additionally have the right to object to that processing, the right to restrict it, the right to have your data handed to you in a portable form, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are in California, you have the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, but the request costs you nothing and we will confirm it in writing.
Where it is processed
Our servers are in the European Union. Meta and Brevo may process the data described above outside it, under the standard contractual clauses those companies publish.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what we do with data we already hold will be sent to you by email before it takes effect.
