Data we collect
Name, email, WhatsApp number, country, optional UTM parameters, IP address and user agent. Order data: plan, bumps, payment provider, payment status. We never store credit card numbers or crypto private keys.
How we use it
To deliver the Service you purchased and to answer support questions you initiate. With your opt-in: renewal reminders and occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data.
California (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. Email us from the email address you used to subscribe.
EU (GDPR-light)
EU personal data is processed on the basis of contract performance and your explicit consent. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for session management. We do not embed third-party tracking pixels by default.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Lead-only data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
