30 days, whatever the reason
If the service is not what you wanted, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, there is no form, and nobody will call you to talk you out of it. Having already watched a great deal of television does not disqualify you.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp, or email support@kickofftv26.com from the address you used at checkout, and quote your order reference — it is in the subject line of the email that delivered your login. Telling us what went wrong is optional and genuinely helps, but it is not a condition.
When you get the money
We approve refunds within 5 business days and return them by the route the payment arrived: to the same card, or to the wallet the crypto payment came from, in the currency you paid. Your bank then takes its own time — usually a few days on a card. Crypto network confirmation can add to that, and the network fee is deducted from the amount returned.
The two limits
After 30 days a period that has been paid for is not refundable. The subscription does not renew on its own, so there is no accidental second charge to reverse.
Credentials that have been resold or shared publicly are outside the guarantee. That is the one case where we ask questions, and it means an account distributed beyond your household — not a login used on the family’s own devices.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. A trader may ask you to waive it for a service that starts immediately; we do not ask, so the right stands in full — and the 30-day guarantee above is longer and less conditional than it, which is why it is the one we apply in practice. Your statutory rights against a service that is faulty or not as described are unaffected by anything on this page.
If something is wrong rather than unwanted
A stream that will not play is usually fixed in minutes — try support first, whatever you decide afterwards. The 30 days keep running while we look at it, and asking for help never shortens the window.
