By buying or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. They are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you rights it does not allow you to waive — those rights are unaffected by anything below.
What the subscription is
We sell access to a live television and on-demand catalogue, delivered as credentials you enter into a standard IPTV player of your choosing. We do not supply the player and we do not supply the hardware.
Plans are sold for a fixed duration — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — with a set number of simultaneous connections, currently between one and three depending on the plan you pick. Prices are in US dollars and are shown, in full, before you pay.
Payment, duration and renewal
Nothing renews automatically. You pay once, for the duration you chose, and when that duration ends access stops. We take no standing authority on your card and we store no payment instrument — there is nothing to cancel, and no cancellation to request. If you want to continue, you buy another period.
Payment is taken by our payment provider on its own hosted page. Your card or wallet details never reach us. Delivery of your credentials is by email, normally within minutes of a confirmed payment.
Refunds
Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Availability of content
Channel line-ups, catalogues and event availability vary by region and change over time as broadcasters change. The lists on this site describe what the service generally carries; they are not a promise that a named channel, competition or title will be available on a given day. Where a specific channel matters to you, ask us before you buy and we will tell you whether it is carried in your country.
What you agree not to do
Your credentials are for your household. You agree not to resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the Service or your credentials, not to exceed the number of simultaneous connections your plan carries, not to record or rebroadcast the streams, and not to circumvent any technical measure protecting the Service.
Your responsibility for local law
You confirm you have the legal right to access this content where you live. What is lawful to watch, and through which service, differs from country to country, and that assessment is yours to make.
Trademarks
Channel names, competition names, club badges and broadcaster marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify what the service carries, the way a television guide identifies a channel. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to own them or as an endorsement by their owners.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached — resale and connection sharing in particular — or where continued access would create legal risk. Where we terminate an account that has not breached these Terms, we refund the unused part of the period.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Streams depend on your own internet connection, your device and third-party networks we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a change that affects a subscription already paid for does not apply to it before it expires.
