Setup guide

Get watching in 5 minutes

Right after your order, we emailed your login details. This guide shows you exactly how to use them — and the best app for each device. No technical skills needed.

Step 1

Find your login details

Open the email titled “Your KickoffTV subscription is ready”. Inside you’ll find two ways to log in — you only need one, whichever your app supports.

Option A — Xtream Codes

You enter three fields: Server URL, Username and Password.

For TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player, Smart STB, XCIPTV…

Option B — M3U URL

You paste one link — your credentials are already inside it.

For VLC, GSE Smart IPTV, OTT Navigator, most Smart TV native apps…

Can’t find the email? Check your spam / promotions folder, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.

Step 2

Choose your device

Tap your device to jump to the steps. For each one we show the best app plus a free alternative — your choice.

Android phone, tablet, TV box & Fire Stick

Best appTiviMate

The best IPTV player there is — a proper cable-style TV guide, instant channel switching and recording. The free version works great; Premium (about $5/year) adds recording and multiple playlists.

  1. 1Install “TiviMate” from the Google Play Store (or the Amazon Appstore on a Fire TV Stick).
  2. 2Open it and tap “Add playlist” → “Xtream Codes”.
  3. 3Type any name, then enter the Server URL, Username and Password from your email.
  4. 4TiviMate loads your channels and TV guide — give it 30–60 seconds.
  5. 5Open the guide and start watching.
FreeDon’t want to pay anything? IPTV Smarters or XCIPTV use the same Xtream login for free — just a simpler interface.
Power user? OTT Navigator is an excellent free-tier alternative with deep customization and catch-up TV.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

Best appSmarters Player Lite

TiviMate isn’t available on Apple, so this is the cleanest free pick — it supports both the Xtream login and the single M3U link.

  1. 1Install “Smarters Player Lite” from the App Store.
  2. 2Open it and choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”.
  3. 3Enter a name, then the Server URL, Username and Password from your email.
  4. 4Save — your channels load in under a minute.
FreeGSE Smart IPTV is a solid free alternative and also accepts the single M3U URL from your email.
Apple has fewer great IPTV apps. For the best guide experience on a big TV, a Fire TV Stick (~$35) with TiviMate is smoother than any Apple TV app.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

Best appIBO Player Pro

Installs straight from the Samsung/LG store — no sideloading — and is the most reliable native option. One-time activation (around €7) and it uses your M3U link.

  1. 1On the TV, open the store (Samsung: Apps · LG: Content Store) and install “IBO Player Pro”.
  2. 2Launch it — the screen shows a MAC address and a device key. Note them down.
  3. 3On your phone or computer, open the IBO activation page shown on the TV, enter the MAC / key and paste your M3U playlist URL.
  4. 4Save, then reopen the app on the TV — your channels appear.
FreeSmart IPTV (SIPTV) has a 7-day free trial (then about €5.49 once), and Flix IPTV is another cheap lifetime option — both use the same M3U-URL activation.
Smart-TV apps are the fiddliest part of IPTV. The smoothest fix is a Fire TV Stick (~$35) + TiviMate — message us and we’ll walk you through whichever you pick.

Windows & Mac computer

Best appVLC (quick) · MyIPTV Player (full guide)

VLC plays your channels instantly with zero setup. For a proper channel list with a TV guide on Windows, MyIPTV Player is the best free option.

  1. 1Install VLC from videolan.org.
  2. 2Open the menu: Media → Open Network Stream (Ctrl/Cmd + N).
  3. 3Paste your M3U playlist URL and click Play.
FreePrefer a TV-guide layout? On Windows install MyIPTV Player or IPTV Smarters for PC and log in with your Xtream details. On a Mac, VLC works the same way.

Our pick

Best experience: a Fire TV Stick + TiviMate

Want the smoothest setup with the fewest headaches? Plug a Fire TV Stick (about $35) into any TV and install TiviMate. You get a proper cable-style TV guide, instant channel switching and recording. Log in once with the three Xtream values from your email and you’re done. TiviMate has a free version; Premium is about $5/year.

Troubleshooting

Common questions

My channels won’t load or I get an “invalid link” error

Double-check the Server URL, Username and Password from your email — copy-paste them to avoid typos, and make sure there are no extra spaces. If one method fails, try the other (Xtream Codes vs M3U URL). Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll verify your line in minutes.

The video keeps buffering

Restart the app and your router first. On Android, switch the player to “Hardware decoder” or use the built-in VLC/ExoPlayer option. A wired connection or 15+ Mbps Wi-Fi gives the smoothest 4K playback.

It says “maximum connections reached”

Your plan allows watching on a set number of devices at the same time. Close the stream on another device, or ask support about adding more simultaneous connections.

Do I need a VPN?

No — it works perfectly without one. Free VPN activation is available on request if you’d like it; just ask our support team and we’ll enable it on your line.

Can I watch on more than one TV?

Yes. You can install the app on as many devices as you like and log in with the same details. You can stream on multiple devices at once up to your plan’s simultaneous-device limit.

I lost my login email

No problem — message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll resend your login details instantly. Also check your spam / promotions folder.
